Through this open and stress-free space, I offer one-to-one integrative therapy in Jersey and online, tailored to meet you exactly where you are. My approach brings together evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, and inner child work, trauma work, alongside creative and body-based techniques. This combination supports not only emotional insight, but a deeper reconnection with your whole self: mind, body, and soul

What makes this space different is not just the tools I use, but the way I hold the work. I’ve lived through burnout. I’ve sat in the ache of grief. I’ve rebuilt through big transitions and unexpected turns. I understand, from the inside, what it means to unravel and begin again. So I don’t meet people from a place of “fixing,” but from a place of grounded empathy, honesty, and care.
Here, you’re not expected to perform or hold it all together. You can just be!

Online therapy can be especially helpful if you’re off-island, managing a busy schedule, caring for others, or if you just feel more at ease in your own space. With just a quiet moment and a click, you can access thoughtful, integrative support.

MEDITATION
Guided Meditation for Inner Calm and Emotional Clarity
Meditation isn’t something I offer on the side; it’s an integral part of how I support healing.
In our sessions, meditation is shaped around your needs in the moment. Whether that’s soothing a dysregulated nervous system, connecting with your breath, releasing tension from the body, or simply finding a few moments of stillness in the chaos.
These meditations may include grounding visualisations and breathwork to bring you back into your body, nervous system regulation techniques to help calm overwhelm or freeze, inner child connection and mindfulness and compassion-based practices to quiet inner criticism and many more.
As someone who has spent years exploring the mind-body connection, both personally and professionally, I guide each meditation with care, presence, and intention. You don’t need to “be good” at meditation. You just need to be open to becoming a supportive ally in your healing journey. Hi, I’m Alicja,
your Go-To Counsellor in Jersey
I’m someone who carries both fire and gentleness, with the heart of a healer and the mind of a strategist. I’ve walked through burnout, grief, major life changes - not untouched, but reshaped. These experiences didn’t break me; they clarified my purpose. They taught me how to hold space for pain, for hope, for truth, and for healing.
I’m trained in creative and integrative approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic work, meditation, Thought Field Therapy, and energy-based practices like Emotion and Body Code. What this means is we don’t have to stay in one lane. We can draw from what works for you. Whether it’s grounding breathwork, therapy cards, nervous system regulation tools, or quiet reflection, each session is shaped around where you are and what you need.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in walking alongside them - gently, honestly, with depth and care.
Creativity is woven through everything I do. It’s how I understand the world, and how I invite others to explore theirs. Therapy with me might include colour, metaphor, art, movement, or simply a different way of looking at something. You’ll also receive thoughtful tools, printouts, and practices to carry into your day-to-day - because healing doesn’t stop at the end of the session.
