Heartfelt Guidance is a gentle, intuitive approach I offer to help you release emotional blocks and reconnect with clarity, calm, and deeper self-awareness.
Using tools like the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT), we work together to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

How Sessions Work
You don’t need to explain everything. This work is guided by your body and energy.
Using muscle testing and intuition, I gently explore where emotions may be held and help release them—safely and respectfully. We may work seated or lying down, with verbal reflection or quiet presence.
Each session is calm, supportive, and adjusted to your needs.

Here’s what Dr. Bradley Nelson, creator of the Emotion Code and Body Code, shares about the transformative potential of this method:
“The Emotion Code is a powerful, straightforward technique designed to identify and release emotional baggage using muscle testing. Emotional baggage consists of actual energies—energies from intense emotional events we’ve experienced that remain lodged within our physical bodies.
These trapped energies disrupt the body’s natural energy field, leading to physical pain, malfunction, and even serious illness. They are also a major factor behind issues like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and phobias. Just about everyone carries some degree of emotional baggage from painful experiences, and it’s not ‘all in your head’—it’s a real, invisible weight that can impact your happiness, success, and health.
Think of it as carrying around a suitcase for every difficult experience you’ve had. Over time, that weight becomes too heavy to ignore. I call each of these ‘suitcases’ a Trapped Emotion—a bit of emotional energy created during an intense event that got stuck somewhere in your body.”
Dr. Nelson’s work offers a pathway to release these trapped emotions, helping individuals regain a sense of freedom, health, and well-being.
What is Thought Field Therapy® (TFT)?
TFT is a system that facilitates healing as it accesses and resolves, through a combination of our thoughts and the meridian system, the essence and root cause of a problem, whether emotional or physical. As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Callahan began working with negative emotions, phobias, anger, guilt, grief, trauma, addictions, depression, etc. These negative emotions and many physical problems are condensed information in energy form, bound in what he calls a Thought Field. The active information in this Thought Field creates the distress by controlling the negative emotions, and subsequently our behavior.
Because most people are understandably skeptical that tapping on acupuncture spots or energy spots on their own body will be of any help, neither the placebo effect (the belief by the client and /or therapist that a treatment will work) nor positive thinking seem to play a part in the results achieved in Thought Field Therapy. The fact that it works on infants and animals would negate it being placebo. In this regard, Dr. Callahan has commented that Thought Field Therapy "probably doesn't get its fair share of placebo effects" because people ordinarily don't have faith that the procedure will help. In spite of this lack of placebo effect, the most common questions asked by clients after successful Thought Field Therapy treatments are "How long will it last?" and "How does it work?"
The answer to the first question is that the results appear to be permanent in most cases. Dr. Callahan's first patient treated with Callahan Techniques, what he later termed Thought Field Therapy or TFT, was a patient he refers to as "Mary." "Mary" was treated with Thought Field Therapy over forty years ago for a water phobia and remains, by her own self-report, "cured." Most TFT therapists have witnessed the long standing results of TFT in their practice, the trauma relief studies conducted in Rwanda with victims of the 1994 genocide suggested that the positive effects of one TFT treatment administered by newly trained Rwandan Community leaders lasted and improved over the course of two years.
Although Thought Field Therapy utilizes the same system as acupuncture, they are different in that TFT operates directly on the thought field or informational field (the negative or positive emotions and the accompanying sensations of a specific thought), while acupuncture is more often used for physical problems. It is known from the work of various researchers (Becker & Seldon,1985) that specific energy points located on the surface of the human body, do in fact exist and that they are virtually the same spots identified by the ancient Chinese thousands of years ago.
The Chinese identified twelve pathways along with various connecting channels, and a myriad of energy points located within this system.

I’m someone who carries both fire and gentleness, with the heart of a healer and the mind of a strategist. I’ve walked through burnout, grief, major life changes - not untouched, but reshaped. These experiences didn’t break me; they clarified my purpose. They taught me how to hold space for pain, for hope, for truth, and for healing.
I’m trained in creative and integrative approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic work, meditation, Thought Field Therapy, and energy-based practices like Emotion and Body Code. What this means is we don’t have to stay in one lane. We can draw from what works for you. Whether it’s grounding breathwork, therapy cards, nervous system regulation tools, or quiet reflection, each session is shaped around where you are and what you need.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in walking alongside them - gently, honestly, with depth and care.
Creativity is woven through everything I do. It’s how I understand the world, and how I invite others to explore theirs. Therapy with me might include colour, metaphor, art, movement, or simply a different way of looking at something. You’ll also receive thoughtful tools, printouts, and practices to carry into your day-to-day - because healing doesn’t stop at the end of the session.
